The Centennial Park in Sydney is a great location for wedding ceremonies, celebrations, corporate functions and many other outdoor events. For larger events there is a Special Event Proposal form available at the Parks web site which is subject to approval. Centennial Park marquee hire involves some hire fees and charges payable depending on the scale of the proposed event, for example for an event between 400-1000 people, including corporate races or runs involving traffic management and infrastructure the rate is currently $720.00/per hour. Other small fees are also added for special parking, access permits and ranger escorts. Booking fees and strict cancellation fees are applicable, (i.e. 2 weeks from bump-in date or sooner 100% of the fee applicable is required unless specified in specific venue licence).
